Industrial Plating

At New England Chrome Plating we offer chrome (hard or decorative) plating, small or large production lots, barrell plating, replating of worn out components, shafts, stripping, and plating. Our tanks can handle items up to 7 feet.

We have a variety of racking equipment which can accommodate various sizes and shapes for production lots. Some items we plate are lock parts, bolts, nuts, plumbing accessories, fittings, and much more. We offer finishes in nickel, copper, brass chrome, flash chrome, electroless nickel, and zinc.

To protect steel from corrosion, we specialize in electroless nickel. We can plate this coating with thicknesses as low as 0.0001 and as high as 0.001. These are applied evenly throughout the surface of the part. NO JOB IS TOO SMALL

At New England Chrome Plating we can repair worn out fixtures and components with Industrial Hard Chrome and Flash Chrome.

The Hard Chrome process applies a hardness of 65 Rockwell and can be built up and ground to size.

For corrosion protection an item can be Flash Chromed. This gives a thin protective layer of hard chrome without any build-up.

At New England Chrome Plating we have the capability to Copper Plate for heat treat for carburizing of components.

We have a variety of buffing and polishing equipment as well as experienced polishers on staff. At NECP we can accommodate small to large production polishing.
